Terms of Service

The service

AutoDo provides an OpenAI-compatible HTTP gateway that proxies requests to third-party model providers. The service is offered “as-is” on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account, keep your API keys secret, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be 13+ and not on a sanctions list.

Billing & credits

You purchase prepaid credits via Stripe. Credits are consumed per request based on the prices listed on the Pricing page. Unused credits do not expire unless explicitly stated. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

Promotional discounts

A 10% discount on OpenAI / ChatGPT models applies automatically until 2026-06-30. After that date, GPT models revert to vendor list price; existing credit balance remains usable but is consumed at the new rate.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe IP, generate CSAM, attack other systems, evade upstream provider policies, or resell raw access in a way that disguises the upstream provider.

Third-party providers

Each upstream model (OpenAI/Azure, Anthropic, Google) has its own usage policy. By calling those models you also agree to be bound by them.

No warranty / liability cap

The service is provided without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.

Termination

You may close your account anytime from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or upstream provider policies.
