Information we collect

Account data (email, OAuth identifier from Google sign-in), billing data (Stripe customer/payment metadata — we never store card numbers), API usage metadata (timestamp, model, token counts, latency), and request payloads only when needed to debug a specific incident with your explicit consent.

How we use it

To provide the API, meter usage, charge for credits, prevent abuse, and operate the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not train models on your prompts or completions.

Sharing

Requests are forwarded to upstream providers (OpenAI/Azure, Anthropic via Vertex AI, Google Vertex AI). Each upstream applies its own data policy. Stripe processes payments. We do not share data with anyone else.

Retention

Usage metadata is kept for 13 months for billing reconciliation. Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion any time.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data, and revoke API keys, from the dashboard. For requests not covered there, contact us.
